Flowers & Bullets was born from a shared belief: that healing, resistance, and cultural survival are all part of the same story.
What started as a grassroots effort to reclaim space in our barrio has grown into a community-driven movement grounded in sustainability, self-determination, and creativity. We began with murals, compost, and a dream—building from what we had, block by block.
Through the creative lens of local Tucsonans, we represent our people and celebrate the Southwest lifestyle. From shirt designs to hip-hop art forms, we provide spaces for young people of color to express their thoughts and experiences.
The core elements of hip-hop—Breaking, MCing, Graffiti, and DJing—have always served as tools for resistance and empowerment.
